Introduction

I graduated from Harvard Law School in 1973.  After ten years with the multi-national law firm of Winston & Strawn in Chicago and another six years in their Phoenix office, I formed Johnston Maynard Grant & Parker (1989-97) when Winston & Strawn withdrew from the Phoenix market.  I have 40 years of experience and have handled trials, appeals, and business advice for, among others, the State of Arizona (30 years), Maricopa County, USA Today®, Motorola®, General Motors®, Beatrice Foods®, Sony®, the Illinois State Medical Society, smaller entities, and  private individuals.
